Section 01

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and com777 (hereinafter referred to as "com777", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the com777 online gaming information platform, accessible at https://com777.cam and any subdomains, applications or associated services operated under the com777 brand.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context otherwise requires:

Term	Definition
"Account"	The registered user account created by a Player on the com777 platform, through which the Player accesses services, manages funds and places wagers.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free spin, reload offer, cashback or other incentive granted by com777 to a Player, subject to applicable Wagering Requirements and bonus-specific terms.
"Deposit"	Any funds transferred by a Player into their Account using a supported payment method available in the platform cashier.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which com777 collects and verifies documents confirming a Player's identity, age, address and payment ownership.
"Platform"	The com777 website, associated mobile-optimised interface, subdomains and any related applications operated under the com777 brand.
"Restricted Territory"	Any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling services by residents is prohibited by applicable law, or in which com777 has elected not to offer services.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total monetary amount that must be staked before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
"Withdrawal"	Any transfer of available funds from a Player's Account to a designated payment method, subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the com777 platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following: (a) the moment you access or browse the platform; (b) the moment you complete the registration process; or (c) the moment you make a Deposit or place a wager.

These Terms form a binding contract between you and com777. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any third party or legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and "you" in these Terms refers to both you personally and that entity.

com777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirements

Registration and use of the com777 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering on or using the platform in any capacity. com777 actively enforces this requirement through KYC verification procedures and reserves the right to suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Territory. You also warrant that your participation in online gambling does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. 4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one Account on the com777 platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of name, email address or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.

4.4 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. com777 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

5. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of platform services — including the ability to make Deposits, place wagers and request Withdrawals — you must complete the Account registration process and satisfy com777's KYC verification requirements.

5.1 KYC Documentation

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a copy of a bank statement or a screenshot of a mobile wallet registered in your name)
• Such additional documentation as com777 may reasonably require to satisfy its KYC and Anti-Money Laundering obligations

5.2 Verification Timeline

com777 will use reasonable endeavours to process KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of the platform. com777 is not liable for any delays resulting from incomplete, illegible or insufficient documentation submitted by the Player.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. com777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact support immediately via [email protected].

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

com777 supports a range of payment methods as displayed in the platform cashier at the time of use. The availability of any payment method — including but not limited to bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, mobile wallet services including Easypaisa and JazzCash, the Raast instant payment system, debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency options — is subject to operator agreements, the provider's own terms of service, applicable regulatory requirements and the Player's individual banking arrangement. com777 does not represent that any named payment provider endorses, supports or approves of gambling transactions.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. com777 reserves the right to reverse Deposits and suspend Accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified or where a third-party payment is identified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification to the required standard; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds; (c) compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as displayed; and (d) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used, where applicable. Processing times for withdrawals are estimates only and may be affected by banking processing times, KYC review requirements and payment provider schedules.

6.4 Currency

Account balances and transactions may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or in the designated account currency as specified at registration. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

7. Bonus & Promotions Policy

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses and promotions offered by com777 are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and to any specific terms communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of conflict between specific Bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific Bonus terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Bonus terms, all Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement applicable to any Bonus will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is issued. Failure to satisfy the Wagering Requirement within the specified validity period will result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Wagering

Where a maximum bet restriction applies during the completion of a Wagering Requirement, that restriction will be stated in the applicable Bonus terms. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum during wagering may result in the voiding of the Bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings, at com777's sole discretion.

7.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Contribution rates per game category will be specified in applicable Bonus terms. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than table games or live dealer games, but this may vary by promotion. Players should verify contribution rates before selecting games during a wagering period.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

com777 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any Bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim a Bonus more than once; exploiting a technical error; using Bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour; or engaging in structured wagering patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements.

8. Gaming Rules

All games available on the com777 platform are subject to individual game rules as provided within each game's help or information section. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded in com777's server logs shall be conclusive. com777 is not liable for any loss arising from a malfunction of any game, including software or hardware faults, except where such malfunction is attributable to com777's gross negligence.

For sports betting markets, com777 publishes market-specific settlement rules governing how each market type — including but not limited to Match Winner, Total Runs, Top Batter, Over/Under and In-Play markets relating to cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other sports — will be settled in various scenarios, including abandoned matches, rule-4 deductions and weather-affected results. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable settlement rules before placing wagers.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure and forfeiture of Account balances, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to com777:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account in your name or on your behalf
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents or Account credentials
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in poker, live dealer or any other game format
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that provides an unfair advantage in any game or wagering activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical faults to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Engaging in Bonus abuse as defined in Section 7.5
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct towards com777 staff or other users
• Attempting to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to access, or interfering with the platform's infrastructure or security mechanisms

Section 10

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the com777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software, database structures and page layouts — is the intellectual property of com777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, display or transmit any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of com777.

Section 11

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, com777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if com777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

com777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or such lesser amount as may be applicable under the laws of the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude com777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 12

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by com777

com777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity; a failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe; or where required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a competent authority.

12.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the conditions in Section 6. Any Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.3 Responsible Gambling Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via Account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be deactivated and the Player will not receive marketing communications from com777. 13. Responsible Gambling

com777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Gambling on the com777 platform is intended as entertainment only. Gambling is not a reliable source of income. com777 does not guarantee winnings and does not represent that any gambling activity will result in profit for the Player.

Adults 18 years of age or older only — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Reaching the minimum age does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Local laws may restrict or prohibit gambling. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws.

Section 14

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Initial Complaint

In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact com777's support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the Account username, the relevant date and time, and any supporting documentation. com777 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and use reasonable endeavours to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

14.2 Escalation

If the initial response does not resolve the matter to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may request escalation to a senior member of the support team. The escalated response will be provided in writing. com777's determination on escalated complaints shall be final and binding, subject only to any dispute resolution rights available under the laws of the governing jurisdiction.

14.3 Records

Players are advised to retain records of their gaming activity, communications with support and any relevant transaction documentation in the event a dispute arises. com777 maintains server logs and transaction records which will form the primary evidence base for dispute resolution.

15. Amendments to Terms

com777 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, com777 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via a platform notice or email to the address registered on the Account. The date of the most recent amendment will be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

Section 16

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which com777's operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licence jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are expressly advised that Pakistani courts may also assert jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents. Participation in online gambling by Pakistani residents may additionally be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. com777 does not provide legal advice.
